About Park

  • Preview

It is one of the oldest parks in the city.

Østre Anlæg is located around a former lake of brick. The park is one of the most visited oases in Aalborg, with its paths, shrubs, tall trees, large lawns, rose gardens, pergolas and many beautiful flower beds.

In the middle of the park there is a playground and toilet building. A beach volleyball court and fitness equipment are also available. On the big lake in the park, one can sit back and think about the life of rich birds. In the garden, next to the pergola, you'll also see the statue "Mermaid on fish" and at the entrance to Østerbro sculpture "City and Land", by artist Hugo Lisberg.

Fishing is allowed in the pedals and shells in the lake.
