The zoo Hamm is a full-fledged, scientifically managed zoo and offers a very special zoo experience from the tiger to the mouse. Around 550 animals in 80 species can be discovered up close.
The Albino kangaroos "Flocke" and "Wolke" are close at hand in the walk-in kangaroo enclosure. Radiant faces can be seen at the petting zoo at the children's farm, in the walk-in alpaca enclosure and at the cute meerkats, who live in one of Germany's largest facilities. Zoological features are the Borneo gibbons, the Madagascar Fossas and the Tyras. You can marvel at Germany in hardly any other zoo. A highlight for young explorers and experienced trade visitors.
