300 animals from about 80 species
The animal population developed from the original pure bird park to a mixed animal park with numerous domestic animals. In addition, there are also Barbary monkeys, small predators such as coatis, servals, lynxes, iguanas, raccoon dogs, wild cats and raccoons, kangaroos and maras. The largest part of the population continues to be birdlife, including many rare species of parrots, exotic songbirds, vulture trunks, trolls and palm vultures rarely seen in zoos.
