The design offers a slightly broken script in his factory, characterized by the regional style of the early 20th century, embodied by the architect Juan Talavera, with the use of glazed ceramics and iron forging in the seats and street lamps, as distinctive features. The space consists of a series of rotary and rectangular circles and circles that form small squares centered in the monument to Marciz Comillas, which was opened in 1922 and worked by the Catalan sculptor Antonio Parreira Saurina, who divides the space after the primitive layout of the high and low hall.

    Date
These lands have been known historically since the construction of the wall as Caletilla de Rota. The first corniche, wider than the present park, was built in 1617. Between 1750 and 1754 a park consisting of three streets, divided by rows of trees, was built. By 1836, Paseo had become a garden area, according to Manuel Baillot's project by Juan de la Vega, which divided them into three parts: the upper and lower halls and in the center of the narrower area.

Between 1926 and 1927, the regional-style architect Juan Talavera e Heredia, who also worked in the gardens of Murillo in Seville, transformed the commercial center into a Seville-style garden in accordance with the prevailing aesthetics of the Ibero-American exhibition.
