  Regional Natural Park for Crown Wood

  The park is about 12 km from Foggia, in the heart of Tavoliere delle Puglie. It is bordered to the north by Ciel Cervaro, to the south by its old bed, to the east by State Bridge 16 and to the west by the border of the municipality of Foggia, near the Ponte Roto Mass. The protected area, which covers an area of ​​about 1,000 hectares, retains a small strip of natural plants within a deeply cultivated area.
  At present, the surface of ordinary wood wrapped by Ciel Cervaro occupies about 320 hectares, of which 162 hectares have a long forest and 115 hectares of prairie. Thus, it is a diverse region representing environments that covered a large part of Tavolière.
  The Regional Natural Park, as well as the Bosco dell'Incoronata, also includes a part of the Community Importance (pSIC) site called "Valle del Cervaro - Bosco dell'Incoronata" located within the vicinity of Foggia Municipality.
