It is the second largest park in Rimini

Parco Giovanni Paolo II, also known as Parco Pip or Parco della Cava, is the second largest in Rimini. Connected to other gardens by a continuous cycle path, starting from Via Euterpe, near the city's new ring road, reaching Piazzale Kennedy, directly on the sea. A large artificial lake, originally a clay quarry, which today can be defined as a small ecological position in the heart of the city. The diverse types of plants and animals make Parco della Cava the most beautiful in the area, where you can also find toys for children, spaces for the elderly and sports equipment.
As we said, the park was connected to others, so it assumed some sort of spinal dimension towards the nucleus of the city. Moving north, we reach the Poderi della Ghirlandetta Park, where we can admire the enormous and future Volcoin Marg convention center at the Hamburg Studio GMP, author of the Rimini Exhibition Center. The park that joins this is Fabbri, which arrives under the southern forts of ancient Rimini. Behind them, behind the medieval walls (12th century), is Olga Bondi Park and Servi Park, where you can see and touch three magnificent works by the sculptor of Rimini Ilio Mori. The two join a corridor that crosses the last few meters from Via Flaminia, which arrives from Rome to the Arch of Augustus in Rimini. Finally, the closest part of the beach is divided between Maria Callas Park and E Renzi Park.
