The unique significance of the engineer Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski for many generations of Moskow and Tarnów inhabitants is testified by, among others Municipal park in Mościce, which was named after one of the first directors of Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnów-Mościce SA.
Established in 1927-1935, the park is an integral part of the garden district at PFZA in Mościce. That is why the historic Willa Kwiatkowski was located in the northern part of this historic garden establishment at the intersection of two avenues - Głogowa and Jarzębinowa. At present, the villa and park complex occupies two fenced plots of land with a total area of three hectares, while the city park located in its immediate vicinity. E.
