A perfect hill located in central Växjö
It is difficult to enjoy a mile-wide view of the Småland countryside, as Tomtabacken is more of a hill than a mountain. The view from the view tower, erected by the Air Force for airspace purposes in 1942, is best seen.
In addition to the view tower, telecommunication companies have erected several radio link towers and mobile masts.
