It is a favorite vacation spot for townspeople and visitors
The square was laid out in the mid-1870s. A modern name in honor of Lieutenant Schmidt PP, who was caught before entering the park. There are also the monuments of the children of First Lieutenant Schmidt and the Great Patriotic War sailors on the grounds of the park.
