In the park there are many classic works by famous sculptors, as well as fountains that visitors of the park can admire as they wander around the scenic areas near the center. The park started in 1802 and enjoys the status of the first public park in Aalborg.
    Events in the Source Garden

Kildeparken also enjoys a very popular outdoor scene, especially during the summer season, a series of international events are held, which attract visitors from all over the world year after year.
Among other things, SourceSource Park every year in May forms a framework for the Carnival in Aalborg.

The park is also a place to meet children. The modern park playground is a popular destination for youngsters, and every year in May, a separate carnival for children is held in conjunction with the carnival.
    Singing trees

As part of the Source Garden, "singing trees" are located, where major artists have planted trees since 1987 after visiting the Aalborg Convention and Culture Center. Many trees can be energized, allowing the tones of many major artists to flow into the garden.
