One of four private communal gardens provided for residents of Evelyn Gardens
Built as part of the Smith's Charity Estate. This garden serves the most northerly terrace, built in 1886. The Trustees of the Estate began building on the estate from 1823, appointing George Basevi as architect in 1828, who was succeeded by Henry Clutton and Charles James Freake.
