Many leisure facilities are offered
A new green center of Wilhelmsburg for the citizens of the Elbe islands and this partially badly damaged district.
The park was named firstly by the district in which it lies, and secondly by its character as Elbe Island.
The "Wilhelmsburger Island Park" has several lawns, official barbecue areas, three playgrounds for children and sports areas, a Kanukanal, a high ropes course, a terrace restaurant and a kiosk.
