About Park

  • Preview

It originated on the former wetlands of Volkspark

This city park, built in 1911, is a special feature of Mayor Palleske in Höchst, which was still independent at the time. So the city park was called "Palleske Park" until the 1960s. The large park, extended in 1930, gets its charm from the pond.

The park is included in a long-range green system with adjacent landscaping gardens, sports fields, hiking trails and cycling. After World War II, he worked temporarily in the cultivation of fruits and vegetables. This popular 14.6-acre park is largely derived from its original origin, characterized by its beautiful old trees.
