About Park

  • Preview

The park is laid out in a star shape

The interesting trees, such as an old beech and chestnut, stand solitary outside the forest clusters. Some trees have an exceptional size for their species, due to their age (more than 150 years old) and the fertile clay soil. In addition to various tree species (including maple, horse chestnut, beech, ash, walnut, plane tree, native oak), shrubs and shrubs have also been planted, such as yew, holly and hazel. Along the banks you can find typical bank plantation, such as large butterbur. In the spring the present cow parsley flowers profusely.

The castle is enclosed and there are various walking paths through the park.
