The park has large green areas, wild or landscaped, including seven natural water bodies (the pond of Brouillards) or artificial (the Great Lake of 12 hectares, the Valley ...) 12 and even waterfalls 12 meters high.
The rose garden includes 45,000 roses of 120 varieties; 90,000 bulbs are planted each year; the valley of flowers (composed of perennials) extends over 1.6 hectares.

There are also 8 hiking trails, playgrounds, giant jets of water, areas reserved for dogs (Cani-park), a refreshment bar, bike rentals, rosalies (pedal cars), horse-drawn carriage, boats and pedalos. It houses an equestrian center, which hosts in May the international jumping of Seine-Saint-Denis.
25 horse and mountain bike guards ensure the welcome and orientation of visitors to the park.
