About Park

    The largest park in Grenoble

Created in 1925, the Paul Mistral Park is landscaped. We discover the Perret tower, the only remnant of the universal exhibition of the white coal and tourism organized in 1925. Sculptures of Apostu, Guadagnucci and Rousil, installed for the Symposium of 1967 punctuate the park with a south dense forest, the oldest part of the park. There is also a pond and a small river. The Paul Mistral Park is the largest in the city of Grenoble, and covers 30 hectares since the construction of the Stade des ALpes in 2010. Children's games and a small train enliven this busy park. Throughout the summer, the city puts it in the spotlight by organizing, in the park, many creative activities, fun and nautical accessible to all, "the summer at Paul Mistral Park". Throughout the year, festivals and concerts resound in the park's alleys.
