The development of this landscaped 5-hectare park integrates with the green spaces accompanying the buildings and the surrounding landscape. The pedestrian path that crosses it is a real link between the different districts of Jas de Bouffan. The highly undulating ground movements are among the highlights of the development. A set of paths serves the main attractive and decorative elements: a lake with an area of 2000 m², children's games and an 800-seat green theater, semi-circular type Greek ancient theater. The plantations consist of groves and trees selected from regional species as well as 4 hectares of lawns accessible to the public.
