And the water, here, has married the wind. In the center, she leaps from one basin to the other by tumbling down the granite stones, forming a waterfall. The site was formerly extended by a long esplanade, which hosted the first aerodrome in Brest until 1922, after serving as a shooting range for the Navy troops.
