    It is one of the three large gardens of Orleans

    This large garden revolves around the vegetal scenes that adorn the large lawns. You can discover the vegetable essences, the monuments, the statues and the leisures for the children such as the rides, the puppet theater.

    A four-hectare French public garden, created in 1927 and located in the city center of Orléans, north of the Loire, in the Loiret department and the Center-Val de Loire region. .

    The garden is located in the perimeter of the natural region of the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site1; it is one of the three large gardens of Orleans with the Floral Park of the Source and the garden of plants.

    It takes its name from the nineteenth century French scientist Louis Pasteur, particularly famous for his work on vaccination.

    The Louis-Pasteur Park is designed according to the plans of the landscape architect Édouard Gitton and the first tree species chosen by the horticulturists Eugène Turbat, Léon Chenault and René Barbier.
